2. About Akonwi Creatives

Akonwi Creatives is a brand and identity studio offering services that may include brand design, visual identity, social media design, visual production, and website design. This Site exists to showcase our work and make it easy for you to get in touch about a project.

3. Using this Site

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, including the administrative dashboard;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Site without our written permission;
• use the contact form, WhatsApp link, or Akeera assistant to send unlawful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site's normal operation, including any rate limits or security controls in place; or
• use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to interact with the Site outside of normal browsing.

4. The Akeera AI assistant

This Site may include an AI-assisted search and drafting feature ("Akeera") that helps visitors find relevant portfolio work and draft an initial project note. Akeera's responses are generated automatically based on our published portfolio and studio information, and are provided for convenience only — they don't constitute a quote, contract, professional advice, or a guarantee of outcome. Anything drafted by Akeera should be reviewed before you rely on it or send it to us.

5. Client projects

These Terms govern your use of this Site. They do not, by themselves, govern any creative project you engage us for — scope, pricing, timelines, revisions, and ownership or licensing of deliverables for an actual project are set out in a separate proposal or agreement between you and Akonwi Creatives at the time of engagement.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the content on this Site — including our logo, brand assets, written content, and the portfolio work shown — is owned by Akonwi Creatives or displayed with the relevant client's permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share pages of this Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party services and links

This Site relies on third-party providers to operate — for example, hosting and content delivery, database and file storage, transactional email delivery, and AI processing for the Akeera assistant. This Site may also link out to our social media pages or open a WhatsApp conversation. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party service or site you're directed to.

8. No warranty

This Site is provided "as is" and "as available." While we take reasonable steps to keep it accurate, secure, and running smoothly, we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akonwi Creatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site.
